Project Description

Susana Naranjo-Villamil received the M.S. degree in engineering from Télécom SudParis, France, in 2018 and the Ph.D. degree in electronics from the XLIM Laboratory, University of Limoges, France in 2022. She is currently working as a Research Engineer with the EDF Power Networks Lab, EDF Group, France. Her research interests include lightning-induced effects, electromagnetic compatibility, and cable fault diagnosis.
Dr. Naranjo-Villamil was the recipient of the Best Oral Presentation Award at the International Symposium on Lightning Protection in 2019 (XV SIPDA), and of a Young Scientist Diploma at the International Colloquium on Lightning and Power Systems in 2023 (CIGRE ICLPS – XVII SIPDA).
